Right product category, wrong fit for how we work
Eight months in and I will hold my hands up, the selection process underweighted usability testing with our own managers. Our creative teams find the workflows bureaucratic, adoption outside HR is poor, and we are paying for depth we cannot get people to use. The platform is capable, our culture and it have not clicked.
Data quality and reporting are unarguably strong. The absence localisation across our Singapore and Sydney offices works correctly.
Managers resist the process heavy workflows and keep reverting to email, which defeats the system. Configuring lighter weight processes needs partner involvement each time. If your culture is informal, test manager adoption before you sign, not after.
