It is more system than a small company should buy, and exactly the right amount for a few hundred people across borders.

Does the heavy lifting well

Overall a strong system that does what was promised. The admin interface takes longer to learn than the brochure suggests, but the capability underneath is real.

Data you can actually trust

It swallowed an acquisition of 150 people without drama. Data migrated, policies mapped, staff onboarded to self service within the month.

Middle of the road verdict from us

The capability is clearly there but our small HR team spends more time administering the system than we expected, and simpler tools we used before were kinder to generalists.

Fine once mastered, mastering takes a while

Implementation was rockier than promised and we are still tidying configuration decisions made in a hurry. The platform itself is fine.

Recommend with caveats on setup

Audit ready at all times

A year in, the thing I appreciate most is that nothing leaks. Every request, approval and change is tracked and nothing gets lost in inboxes anymore.

Big step up from our previous HRIS
