Love the accessibility

The mobile app lets me handle any invoicing need no matter where I am, and the value per pound is the best of any software we use.

Simple, reliable but covers only the basics

QuickBooks Online, ease of use vs cost

Overall the tool has increased productivity, mainly through automated transaction imports. Otherwise it is a fairly pricey tool compared to the desktop version.

QuickBooks can afford to do a bit better

It provides the core accounting functions I need, but recurring connection issues, occasional glitches and poor support create unnecessary work. The platform works, but it feels like paying more every year without meaningful improvements.
