Better than spreadsheets, short of great

A year in, results are mixed. Leave and self service are strong, the performance and expenses modules felt thinner than the sales conversation suggested.

Everything in one tidy place

Onboarding a new starter used to be a scramble of forms and chasing. Now a checklist runs itself before their first day and they arrive to a system that already knows them.

Grew into it over a year

It replaced a clunky older system and adoption was much better because it actually feels modern. Setup took a little thought but has been reliable since.

Payroll link removed our double entry

Rolled it out to around eighty staff and adoption was immediate because it genuinely feels like a modern app rather than a corporate system nobody wants to open.

Solid HR for a growing team

We are a small team and it fits well. Onboarding, leave and reviews are all handled, though the performance module is more basic than a dedicated tool would offer.

The app is brilliant for our field staff

The Sage Payroll connection was the deciding factor. A pay change entered once flows through instead of being retyped, and the small errors that used to creep in have simply stopped.
