Happy, with minor wishes

A pleasure to actually use

Onboarding a new starter used to be a scramble of forms and chasing. Now a checklist runs itself before their first day and they arrive to a system that already knows them.

First proper HR system and it was painless

We hit twenty staff and realised holiday on a whiteboard was not going to cut it any more. Setup took an afternoon and the team was booking leave through the app by the end of the week.

Astonishingly quick to get going for a first HR system. The app is genuinely good. Priced sensibly for a small growing business. Staff actually enjoy using it, which I did not expect.

Cons

We have not needed the deeper modules yet so cannot speak to those. Occasional wish for a bit more customisation on the onboarding flow.

Rotas and leave in one place at last

We came for leave management and stayed for everything else. Holiday requests that used to vanish in inboxes are now a two click approval, and the whole team can see who is off at a glance.

Setup was quicker than expected

It replaced a spreadsheet only one person understood, and now if that person is off nobody is stuck, because everything lives in one place everyone can reach.
