Does the complicated stuff properly

Being able to give the auditors read access and let them help themselves saved us a week of pulling samples this year.

Job and project costing tied to the purchase ledger rather than a spreadsheet.

Multi company without the ERP price tag

Three companies, consolidated management accounts, departments per branch and budgets per manager. Nothing else near this price does all of that properly.

Depth the cloud products still lack

The bespoke report designer built our exact board pack, penny for penny how the directors want it, and it runs itself every month now.

Keeps the accountant happy

For a manufacturing business the stock and works handling justify it. For anything simpler I would say look at the cloud options first.

Loyal user, wavering

It remains reliable and deep, but each renewal makes the comparison with cheaper cloud products harder to ignore, and for our shrinking needs the depth argument is weakening.

Survives auditors, banks and VAT inspections

We run stock, orders and three companies through it and it has never once let us down at month end. The depth is the whole point, everything joins up to the ledgers underneath.
