Effortless if you are already on QuickBooks
We were already running QuickBooks for the firm, so adding payroll was the obvious move, and it has been. One login, one system, and payroll posts to the books automatically. The only real frustration has been support when something out of the ordinary comes up.
The integration is the whole point and it delivers, no double entry ever. Genuinely easy to run a pay run. Employee self service saves me answering pay stub requests.
Support quality is inconsistent, fine for routine things and frustrating for anything unusual. The per employee cost grows with the team. Very US focused, which is fine for us but worth knowing.
