Peace of mind on filings

The Elite HR advisor and penalty protection earned their place for a firm without dedicated HR. You pay for that reassurance, but for us it was worth the higher tier.

Automatic tax filing took my worry away

Between early starts and a rotating team, payroll used to be a Sunday night job I dreaded, and now it takes minutes while the taxes handle themselves in the background.

Effortless if you are on QuickBooks

The automated filing and direct deposit work well, and having it in the same system as the accounts is the real win. The cost climbs as the team grows, which is worth planning for.

Stopped dreading payroll

Because wage costs flow straight into the accounts I finally see true margins, which has actually changed how we price our work, on top of payroll simply being fast and painless.

Does the job, watch the add ups

The payroll itself works and the automated taxes are a relief, but when I had a genuinely tricky situation, getting proper help was frustrating and took far too long to resolve.
