Batch invoicing saves us hours

We ran the lower plan for years and spent every month end in Excel building the reports the board wanted. Advanced put those reports in the system and month end went from days to an afternoon.

Powerful, but we use half of it

Advanced is genuinely capable but our actual need was multi entity reporting across sites, and even the top QuickBooks tier is not really built for that. Everything else it does well.

Outgrew what QuickBooks can do

We were upsold into Advanced before we really needed it, and the extra reporting and automation mostly sit unused while we pay a premium for capacity we do not touch.

Good, but we may have needed a different product

Advanced is capable, but our real need was multi entity reporting across several sites, and even the top QuickBooks tier is not really built for that. It does everything else well, we just bought up within a range that could not fully solve our specific problem.

Strong reporting for a single entity. Good automation. The support is genuinely better than the lower plans.

Cons

Not built for true multi entity consolidation, which was our actual need. We combine sites manually still. Should probably have looked at a mid market platform instead.

Right range, not quite the right fit

A powerful plan let down for us by being more than we needed. Should probably have stayed on the lower tier longer before making the jump.
