Scaled with us where Online could not

We distribute thousands of parts across multiple warehouses, and Advanced Inventory with bin locations and barcode scanning is the specific reason we run Enterprise rather than a full ERP.

The reporting is a clear step up

We host it in the cloud and get remote access without losing the depth. A sensible balance for a larger business, though hosting adds cost on top of the subscription.

Job costing a contractor actually needs

We got ERP quotes and nearly fell off our chairs, then realised Enterprise does the inventory and reporting we actually need for a fraction of the cost and disruption.

Three stars, mostly on fit and cost

It is capable, but our real need was multi entity consolidation and even Enterprise cannot do that, so we combine entities manually and carry the cost of a big system regardless.

Advanced Pricing for our customer tiers

We moved up from the online product when our volume and inventory outgrew it, and Enterprise absorbed everything without complaint. The capacity difference is night and day.

Advanced Pricing for our customer tiers

Generic accounting always felt built for someone else, but the industry edition has the reports, terminology and workflows that match how we actually run, and the team took to it fast.

Good tool, wrong stage

Fine software, but we sized up far beyond what we needed on the advice of a reseller, and the value never matched the annual price for our actual usage.

Cheaper than an ERP and does the job

It handles enormous item lists and transaction volumes without slowing down, which is exactly what a business at our scale needs and exactly where lighter products gave up.
