We are only 12 people so I did not want anything heavy. This is exactly right, does the job without the bloat.

Easy and affordable

Very happy with it overall. Easy to use and cheap for a small business, I just wish the reporting was a bit richer.

It just did not have what our business needed and we spent more time working around it than using it. Moved on.

Leave tracking is built in and easy to follow. No more spreadsheets.

Cons

It is built for small business so if you wanted heavy HR features you would look elsewhere, but that is not what I need.
