Not quite the platform we needed

Clean, friendly and does exactly what a small agency needs

We moved off a much clunkier HR tool and the difference in how willing people are to actually use it is night and day. It feels like a modern app rather than a corporate system, and adoption was immediate.

The interface is genuinely pleasant, which matters more than people think because staff actually engage with it. Onboarding checklists mean new starters arrive with everything ready. Connects to our Slack so approvals happen where we already work.

Cons

Support was slower than I would have liked on one integration question. The performance module is fine but a bit basic if you want sophisticated review structures.

Tidy and does the job

The value depends heavily on which modules you switch on. Core plus one module is genuinely good value, several modules across a larger headcount less obviously so.

Good for the basics, less sure on the extras

Right sized for a scaling tech company

The ability to add modules as you scale is perfect for a growing company. Recruitment pipeline keeps hiring in the same system as everything else. The Slack integration means managers approve leave without leaving their day.

Cons

Reporting is good but we occasionally want to slice data in ways it will not quite allow. Nothing that has made us regret the choice.
