Strong core, average extras

We are a small trades business and it fits well. Quotes, invoices and CIS handled, though the CIS needing the middle plan was an unwelcome discovery.

Almost everything we need

Solid and safe. When the bank feed hiccuped in the spring support sorted it inside two days, which I gather is not universal with these products.

Wearing thin

The price rose, the patience fell. Renewal is in four months and we are actively trialling two competitors on evenings and weekends.

Works well once set up properly

Good product overall. The bank matching is the highlight, the reporting is fine, and support has been decent the twice we needed them.

VAT quarters stopped being an event

Late payers noticed the difference

The quarterly VAT submission goes to HMRC in minutes and the checking screens have twice caught mistakes I made before they became problems.

Dependable with rough corners
